Notice of Motion (Papers) - A notice under Private Members' Business concerning a motion for papers for which a debate is desired either by the Member giving notice or by a minister of the Crown. If drawn for inclusion in the order of precedence, the motion may be debated for up to one hour and 40 minutes prior to a vote.
